Delivering Reliable and High-Standard Solutions
We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in all our operations. Through strict compliance, continuous improvement, and rigorous testing, we ensure reliable, efficient, and innovative solutions that meet industry and client expectations.
Quality control of products and services shall continue to remain paramount in the activities of John I. Bipialaka (JIBS) Engineering Services Limited and shall form the hub around which her services to various clients and the public at large revolve. In this direction, our policy shall be geared towards:
- Ensuring that our engineering products and services comply with all relevant industry codes and standards, statutory regulations, and clients’ product specifications.
- Ensuring full implementation of client/vendors engineering data, which will satisfy the technical requirements laid down by the clients in terms of performance, reliability, and safety. To this effect, work on clients’ facilities shall not commence until there are valid approved drawings.
- Ensuring satisfactory construction results in line with client/vendor design studies. This will entail the application of appropriate engineering data for supplies, construction, assembling, and specifications at every stage of work before commissioning/property handover to the clients.
- Ensuring that various revised industry codes and standards are readily available in-house to facilitate easy reference. These shall include, but not be limited to, those published by the following bodies on engineering subjects: British Standard (BS) CP 14 part 1 & 2, etc. Client’s in-house standard practices shall also be maintained.
- Establishing a system of quality control audit vis-à-vis non-conformity data collection and statistical processing with a view to reducing non-conformities to an acceptable minimum.
- Investigating all operational non-conformities promptly to identify the root cause, correct issues, and prevent future recurrence.
- Establishing well-defined quality procedures, plans, personnel roles, and functions and ensuring these are adequately communicated at all levels within the organization.
